I've gone proper gay on this!
Was boozing heavily for as long as I can remember and was really looking forward to this. It Sunday was proper bad, hungover with shakes, couldn't sleep but each day a little better and today I feel a hell of a lot better.
Cleaned my diet right up. Found a copy of insanity that I bought and never bothered with so started that, just to get some basic fitness back. Getting back to running next week and will slowly introduce crossfit and swimming over the next 6 months. I am even booked in to be hypnotised over the fags next week!
I'm fucking going for it in 2017 before I get too old!

I did it last year and ended up going 4 months without a drop until I realised how boring it was now I'm right back on it.
